Relocate to a great teaching facility with a nurse extern program. Lots of BIG hospitals will pay you relocation fee and put you through a new grad program. Like big cities, with big hopsital....I know I had no problems with mine b/c of the shortage of nurses and the need to get more nurses into their facility. I really hope you don't think you can't get a job...you will. |
