The highest paid so far is nursechoice, and they provide short term assignments. (4- weeks.

Sadly, the conditions that often accompany that "best pay" aren't the best.
Anytime I've had a completion bonus offered, I have found the place to be a mismanaged, disorganized, and potentially dangerous place for both patients and nurses (most frequently due to staff shortages).
Beware the 48 hour guarantee contract....
It is often a violation of the union contract the staff nurses work under..... usually states union members get offered Overtime first....not that they want it, but still must be offered....
I had one agency that insisted I take a 48 hr. guarantee.....and the hospital refused to honor it....then made me float to med/surg as punishment for
having a 48 hr. critical care guarantee....
This was not pleasant... |
