 Hello all fellow nurses, has anyone encountered the thrill of PBDS yet? What are your opinions if so? I would be interested in hearing pros and cons of this evaluation system. |

 first lets start out by saying theyre stupid. but as far as writing them make a medical dx on top then to the left clum ask for orders and tests assess the vital sign appropriate for that situation. then to the right colum place your rationale why you assessed and started the iv site ie to administer needed lasix ect, they are so basic that if youve been out of nursing long enough they dont even make any sense and the old nurse that made them up sits back and makes big bucks from them totaly wrong. they suck.  |
