i know this is an old post, but i just came across it. while i was in school i worked as a tech on a med/surg unit. worked with some super nice people, a lot of culture within the staff. most were very kind and helpful, others a little demanding and hateful...you'll find that anywhere though. check out old town to live in....most fun part of the area. everywhere is expensive there....best of luck, the manager of the floor was helpful with assisting me to find a place to live....Good Luck!  |
