i can't believe this i am gonna cry... i was looking to chat with a nurse or doctor to answer a question i had and i thought i final found a site but its for you guys to talk shop i feel so dumb. so i am just going to ask and i don't really aspect a reply...

history is that i have panic attacks they don't happen often and they are some what mild when they do accure. the very 1st one i had was huge and i will never forget it one thing i remember was after it i had killer lower back pain so bad it shot down into my legs. a friend said it was normal and it slowly passed

i am again having major back pain so bad i can barly walk... but i don't recall having an attack and it's not somthing you could easily forget. i first thought i slept funny somhow messin up my back. but then if so this would be a 1st. so is it possible i could of had a panic attack while sleeping? is that possible at all? i was so tried last night there could of been an earthquake and i wouldn't of moved- which made me think that..... maybe? but i never read of any such thing... and still searching with no luck which made me hopful of this site only to feel like an idiot...

I am not a psych nurse and so really do not know what to tell you except that keep checking perhaps a psych nurse will respond with more knowledge of panic attacks. If at all possible try to get into a doctors office. I'm sure you know that this is not normal and therefore should be looked into further.
