I have been a nurse for 11 years. How difficult is it to get into the icu?
Is there a particular skill they are looking for? Most places that I have applied require one year of previous icu experience. |

most if you apply to be on staff in one they will train you. one hospital i worked at made you sign a two year contract for them to train in in icu. all depends on how the hospital wnats to do it. |
